Review: Massive bass, clean and tight - Excellent subwoofer. My wife said it is huge but she doesn't appreciate a good sub. It actually is not that large in my opinion. However, the 12" hits hard and clean. My SVS Prime wireless Pro's sound good but no way they can put out much low end. I think they are rated around 47-50 on the low. This sub overpowers them but, just tuned it down. The cabinet is as nice as the Prime's (piano gloss black). I out it in a corner but it would be great sitting in view. When I hooked it up, the volume was maxed so it was a bit surprising but it did not distort even maxed out. I really like that it has all the adjustments on the back but it is even simpler to use the SVS sub app. Also, absolutely no vibration noise from cabinet. Hookup was less than a minute. Single RCA to the Prime right out from the sub LFE port and plug in power cord, turn on switch. Done. The power may be overkill for me but I don't like under-powering in case I move up the main speakers someday. I highly doubt I will because this improved the sound-field immensely. Now the Primes's are free to use their power for mid/highs and not overdrive the smaller woofers. Not cheap, but I paid for the matching gloss finish and this is my favorite subwoofer I have bought.

**Q: What is the amplifier output impedance?**
A: Thanks for your question. Amplifier output impedance is rarely specified on an integrated powered subwoofer system and is not an included spec. on the SB-2000. In fact power amplifier speaker output impedance is rarely, if ever, specified.

**Q: is it 100-240V?**
A: yes

**Q: The back doesn't say made in prc (china).  is it made in the us?**
A: I don't know.  The SVS company is located in Ohio and I think the parts are manufactured in the US but assembled in China.  However, I don't know that for a fact.  What I do know is that, dollar for dollar you cannot buy a better subwoofer.  I have the SB Pro 2000 and the SB 3000 and they both rock the house second to none.

**Q: Can this play music from a phone using bluetooth?**
A: No... not sure why you would want to play your phone through a sub woofer... it would sound terrible!

Excellent subwoofer. My wife said it is huge but she doesn't appreciate a good sub. It actually is not that large in my opinion. However, the 12" hits hard and clean. My SVS Prime wireless Pro's sound good but no way they can put out much low end. I think they are rated around 47-50 on the low. This sub overpowers them but, just tuned it down. The cabinet is as nice as the Prime's (piano gloss black). I out it in a corner but it would be great sitting in view. Bought this as open box to save even more money even as a SVS sale already reduced the price. Flawless condition. Very nice sub even for my huge TV/ listening room. Saved $400 from regular price it sold all year for.
