There are 8 Table of Contents pages up front, and 184 ruled, numbered pages in the book after the ToC (PAGES, not sheets). Cover is sturdy, binding is also. Doesn't seem like it's likely to fall apart with rough usage. Pages are a soft, cream color. The lines on the pages are well spaced, a light grey color. No perforations for tearing out pages (makes sense since the pages are numbered). Storage flap inside both front and back covers. Elastic band to hold it closed, and one ribbon place marker built in as well. Arrived quickly with Prime shipping.
