However if your ground has even small stones and rocks in it they are a night mare to get them straight and flat. In my experience (my ground had lots of stones) it was impossible to get them to look neat so I ripped them all back out and stuck to wooden borders. **Q: Do they stand up to strimming** A: Yes they can withstand cord strimming.
