The phone works great, except for the fact that no one any longer supports it. I called and went to different websites and finally found someone that does support(that’s what the website said when I put the IMEI number in), so I bought a plan and a SIM card from them, and they don’t actually support it anymore either. It’s basically useless. Such a disappointment because I wanted this phone so bad and the little use I HAVE been able to get out of it has been great, and I can’t tell that it’s been refurbished. If you want an expensive Play Phone for your younger ones, this is it.
