There are some things I like - for instance the snap together pieces, as opposed to the screws that came with my old one (but then - with no assembly instructions,it was a hope and prayer that it got put up !!!) The overhang of canvas that deflects the water when it rains... But then there is the issue of the canvas top not fitting came about.... There is NO POSSIBLE WAY TO PULL/STRETCH that cover enough to get it onto the last corner - the stitching will rip or the canvas will. Three corners work fine - but that 4th corner aint happening. AND - it says that it is 10x10 - but what is really that diimension is the outer corners/overhang - not the space from leg to leg. I feel slightly rooked. I wouldnt buy this one again.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Attractive / Elegant *by C*** on July 24, 2014* It's great once set up, but does require slight effort and a bit of intelligence! Finish the roof first before putting it on top to avoid difficulties attaching the canopy towards the end. The frame seems ok, but it may "walk" in the wind, so you'll have to build some rope tie-downs if you're not going to drill it down or use the tent-like spikes that come with it. The shelves halfway up each corner just sit in there, and are not attached.That being said, we've been out in this thing every night since we bought it. The wife loves it, especially, and we see no serious issues with structure or function. You might want to Scotch Guard it before putting the canopy on. Planning loads of future use. ### ⭐ Not Excited about this product. *by M***S on May 5, 2014* I decided on this item because of the design and it saying it is 10 X 10. The one we have had for several years was a 10X10 and we wanted the same size so we could use the same holes that we had drilled in the cement to anchor it down. As we are putting it together we noticed it is not a 10 X 10 around the bottom like our other one, about 6 to 8 inches short at each corner. The corner poles at the top extend out about 8 inches on each one & that measurement makes the 10 X 10. We are not happy about it at all and to take it apart and box up and pay shipping back would be time consuming and costly. We also would not be able to get another one in time for the May 14th event we are having. I just feel the size is very deceiving which makes the cost of this item not what I would have paid for it.
