Review: REVIEW UPDATED -- I RECOMMEND! - EDIT: I reached out to the company, and they responded within 24 hours, offering a replacement, which they sent out immediately. It came faster than I expected. They later reached out via desertcart and offered a full refund. The clippers themselves work well, and I would recommend them. A little clunky and slow to cut, but that is a plus when grooming an elderly, special needs dog. The fact it has a stand to charge and not a cord is a huge plus. It is much more difficult to misplace or throw out a charging stand than a cord. ORIGINAL REVIEW I bought these to groom my elderly Pekingese at home to reduce stress. The clippers themselves feel solid and well-made, not cheap. I liked that they’re cordless, quiet, easy to maneuver, and come with a charging stand so there is no cord to misplace. Unfortunately, they barely cut his coat at all. I tried multiple guards, including the shortest one, and even removed the guard completely. The clippers still would not cut unless I physically pulled the fur through the blade, which defeats the purpose and isn’t safe or comfortable for an older dog. These are advertised for thick, heavy coats, and a Pekingese coat should not be a challenge. If they actually cut hair, they would have been great. As-is, they’re quiet and comfortable but simply don’t do the job they’re sold for. I would not recommend these for thick fur, or at all.
Review: If you aren't sure which one to pick, PICK THIS ONE...trust me! - I ordered this product, amongst the many options on desertcart, because of the customer reviews about the ease of trimming challenging hair and excellent customer service. My dog is a labradoodle and has tight thick curly hair that is hard to cut. Every other trimmer either didn't work well from the start or quit a few uses in. I was hopeful this product would like up to its reputation and I can report that it does -- and then some. The trimmer is quiet, holds a long charge, and moves through my dog's hair like butter. It is not a stressful experience for him and it doesn't take hours like it used to for me. After a year, the blade didn't work as well, so I contacted the company to ask for advice. After explaining the situation, I was given options for replacement if preferred. This occurred at no cost to me, with responsive communication, and with immediate shipping. I have rarely experienced a company with such an outstanding product AND such dedication to filling customer needs. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are not sure what trimmers to order, ORDER THESE. You won't be disappointed and if there is a problem, you will be taken care of!

## Features

- Cordless Dog Clippers with Precision Metal Blades: The stainless steel blades are more durable than ceramics ones when grooming thick coats. You can trim your dog anywhere as these clippers are cordless, don’t need to find the outlets
- Powerful Motor Works Well for Heavy Coats: oneisall K52NTS shaver provides 2 speeds for option. The motor supports 6000/6500 rpm for different needs, which works better for thick coats by reducing the possibility of pulling hair
- Long Lasting Battery & LCD Indication: High Capacity Battery, which requires 3 hours charging time and last 5 hours. The LCD display would show how much power is left, helping you control the grooming work
- Low Noise Design: The noise is lower than 55 dB when running on the low speed. We suggest you to use the 6000 rpm first if your dog is very sensitive to the noise. When he gets used to the noise, you can turn to 6500 rpm if needed
- Professional Pet Grooming Tool: Includes every thing you need, 8 colored guards (1/8 in to 1 in), cleaning brush, comb, scissors, charging cord and a charging stand. If you have any problems or suggestions, please let us know
- The Stainless Steel Blades are NOT Detachable: If you have problems during the grooming process, please let us know. We would try our best to help you

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My highest possible recommendation for this 5-STAR company, if I could give 10 STARS I would.
*by E***Z on July 23, 2024*

ADDENDUM: If there were 10 STARS I would give it!!! I am so obsessed with this company and their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is an update to my original review (below). More recently (March 2025), the blade on my replacement clipper was not cutting as well, it was snagging, and the hair was getting stuck in the blade. I had to stop several times to clean it out. I contacted customer service again to ask if the blade could be replaced. OLIVIA responded immediately. She explained the blade on this particular model was not detachable. But they would be more than happy to send me a replacement clipper OR if I wanted to, I could choose a model with a detachable blade. OLIVIA asked me to send pictures of my doodles so she could recommend a model more suitable for their hair type. I sent the pics. OLIVIA responded immediately with two recommendations. I chose the 9050 model. My new clippers arrived in record time (2 days). I couldn't wait to try them. They are so awesome, cut through their thick, curly, wavy hair easily. I think they're going to be a perfect match, and when the blade dulls, I can replace it. BUT this review is really not so much about the product, which I ABSOLUTELY love. It's about the EXCELLENT customer service I receive and a company that stands behind their products. This was my second experience with customer service. Both times I received the same outstanding service. My clippers didn't cost that much, but they treat you like a million bucks, like royalty. It's unbelievable. So I want to say thank you OLIVIA for going above and beyond with your personalized assistance. AND thank you ONEISALL. My doodles and I appreciate you! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so impressed with this company and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. I purchased my ONEISALL clipper last year in November to use on my 2 Goldendoodle puppies. I was paying $220 ever 4-6 weeks to have them professionally groomed, so I thought I would give this clipper a try. I am a beginner at this, I never used a clipper before. But after watching a month's-worth of grooming videos and tips, I was ready to try. Surprisingly, the ONEISALL cordless clipper is SUPER EASY to use. It has two speeds and many attachments. It fits comfortably in my hand and I really love that it is cordless. It's quiet and my puppies don't seem to mind it at all. It cut through their thick coats like butter. They looked pretty good when I was done. The battery lasted a long time and had 89% after doing both of them. I did have an issue with the charging cord/base where the cord did not fit into the base all the way and I had to wiggle it around to get the charging light to come on the unit, and then once it came on, I either had to hold it or tape the cord to my countertop so it didn't move. Yes, it was a hassle, but I managed with it for a bit. A few days ago I e-mailed ONEISALL and explained the issue I was having (thinking they might send me a new charging base). They responded immediately. They wouldn't send me a new charging unit INSTEAD they were shipping me a BRAND NEW CLIPPER which I just received today. WOW! a company that stands behind their product and warranty. To receive this level of respect and excellent customer service in this day and age is unheard of and I so appreciate it. Thank you ONEISALL.
