These are a perfect size, and I like them much better than the iReliev back belt, which I also purchased at the same time. That belt gaps away from my skin and gives unpleasant shocks because of that (until the iReliev shuts off due to some safety circuit).These pads seem to remain sticky for many uses, I must have used the first pair more than a dozen times already and they are still going strong.With these larger electrodes, I get the same level of relief that I got on the TENS until at my chiropractor, but whenever I need it. So basically I get 10 more for the same price.UNBELIEVABLEThe rectangular pads are 2×4 so I use 4 of them on my back.I guess you can say I have them on like a catcher plate lol.If you find that the pads are drying out as you are using them, dribble a drop of water on them, and smear it around.They are good as new again.The best advice I can give is do research before buying9 tens unit, and electrode pads. When mine died, the insurance company replaced it with 1 set of electrodes! Thank goodness they did not send more because by the second day, it was clear that the construction and materials would not do...the gel adhesive disintegrated and the electrodes began to prick me with hot pain when I moved certain ways. I ordered these electrodes and the problem was immediately resolved. One set will last me a few weeks if I take care of them. The cloth backing is stronger and more durable, and the electrodes give me the steady stimulation I expect. For my lower back, I like the coverage of the 2 x 4 much better than the 2 x 2 or the round electrodes. The gel is better quality and lasts longer after repeated use. No irritation.
