Prior to getting my Shark steam and spray mop, I used either a sponge mop with a scrubby on it, or a Bissell hard floor cleaner that has rotating brushes. With either of the previous methods, I had to carry a scrub brush to get into the grooves of the textures and to get close to moldings. This cleaner works great to get the dirty spot in the texture of the tile, and it doesn't leave a residue on the floor. It looks nice and clean with no streaking. It's true that the bottle isn't refillable, and that you have to buy the shark cleaner to use with the steamer, but one bottle will last a long time if you used it only where it is needed for really dirty spots. Packing was wonderful and careful. This product is good for its word Clean and pick up anything and everything. I have linoleum floor in my kitchen and bathroom and I always thought since the first day I moved in which was 5 years ago til today the flooring was off white. I was wrong !!! The linoleum is white as the color of cotton ball. Bright white. I was in shock as to how much this cleaner and shark steam mop has picked up. And doesn’t leave no streak and looks like we out down brand new linoleum flooring down It even cleans out the dip and crevices of the flooring. I would totally recommend this product if you have shark steam mop. They are even waxed and although you aren't supposed to use the steam cleaner on waxed floors, I am happy with the results when using the lowest settings. I realize that I will likely have to wax more often, but I like the cleaning results.
