**Q: How large is the tablet? Easy to swallow?**
A: It is on the larger side, 3/4” long, but with very rounded corners, if that makes sense. , It isn’t terribly wide and it has a coating that has made it very easy for me to swallow.

A: They are white and the best is that you only need 1 for all daily requirement.

**Q: What is the difference between calcium and calcium citrate?**
A: There are 2 forms of supplemental calcium for humans. They are calcium citrate and calcium carbonate. The carbonate form is what is commonly found in antacids. While they both are used to bolster calcium levels in the blood stream for bone growth, the citrate form is more readily absorbed. If you have osteopenia or osteoporosis you might want to consider taking calcium citrate. Because vitamin D helps the body utilize calcium, I would recommend having bloodwork to check your vitamin D level. Or you could just take a formulation of either calcium that comes with vitamin D.
