Review: Works well to remove smell. - Worked wonderfully! Really helped to get rid of all the cat urine smell left behind by a tenant. Only downside is having to rinse it away not just wipe. So using a mop comes difficult as it gets sudsy, and may take a few buckets to come clear of bubbles.
Review: Great cat mess cleaner for new and old messes - I've used this more than once now on my tile floors, and I can definitely say that it cleans exceptionally well. I had an elderly cat who frequently couldn't make it to the box, and this cleaned those messes as well as the ones I didn't find for a few months (they were under a large piece of furniture). I will say that when you're taking it back up off the floor again, it might be best to just sop it up with paper towels vs using a swiffer mop without the swiffer cleaning solution. When I used the mop to get it off the floor, the back-and-forth movement made the cleaner get foamy like an excessive amount of dish soap. It made me second-guess the stuff multiple times, but it was just the enzymes working. As far as the old spots, it got about 85% of the staining off the tile. Our tiles have a matte finish so that was likely the reason they stained, but I still thought that would mean the cleaner could get it up. I'm still happy with the product regardless. This dries -mostly- residue free. I recommend a regular cleaning after using it and letting it dry.

A: I have poured it down my pvc pipes in the sink and had no issues.

A: well i think that if it works with dog urine and poop smell on the carpet i think it will work with the milk smell. what i did with the urine was spray a good amount and scrub it, let it dry and than spray and left it on the carpet and it takes the smell completely.

I ordered one that said no rinse. The one I got did not state that. As well as it did not state u need to dilute it. I used it on the basement floor and took a very very long time to get all the "soap" up. The smell came up but was definitely alot of work. I did not try this on the furniture bc I can't wash the cushions.
