I've changed a few things to make it work for us and it's been just fine. There are lots of lines for bills and plenty of pages per month. It was a good price also. A good buy! ***Update - 6/12/2014: HOW TO USE THIS FOR HOME BILLS We are still using this book to keep up with our home bills & it works great. It does appear intended for office use, but here is how I accommodated it to our household needs. On the last few pages, I have all my passwords and bill info written down. Easily accessible for me to flip to or my husband to look at (as if he ever did the bills). In the meat of the book are sets of 1 "Details" page and 4 "Continuation" pages. Those are basically like a very large check register. I started to use a set of those pages monthly by writing down each expenditure, but that got too complicated for our busy lifestyle. Now I just use 2 pages per month - the "Details" page and the 1 "Continuation" page that faces it. I write numbers 1-31 (days of the month) down the 4 columns those pages have. I write down the name and amount of each bill on the date it's due. If I have 4 bills due on the 3rd, I go across the pages on the 3rd line. In addition to this book, we also use Dave Ramsey's Gazelle Budget to plan our expenditures and my bank's Internet statements to help reconcile. So when my check clears, I mark it paid in the Gazelle Budget and write a checkmark in my recordbook. I like the Dome Recordbook because I can glance at when bills are due, when they have been paid, and what's coming up. I also highly recommend the Gazelle Budget by DR. It's been the only one I've tried (We've tried Quicken & You Need a Budget) and it's the easiest to understand. This Dome Recordbook complements it.
