Review: Easy to follow instructions and fast results! - Very easy to follow instructions and very fast results. I'm not sure why some reviews didn't know you have to pay for the actual test processing. If you've ever done the air test, you know you have to pay for them to test it. It was worth the $35 test price for my piece of mind since my air test was high. I sleep easier knowing my water is safe. The only problem is, the EPA doesn't have the "recommended" level for water like they do for air. You have to do some research and a little math to figure out the actual amount and if its high.

I purchase this test kit on AUG 21 2013, I found out after opening that I need to pay them additional $90.00 to get both vials tested and get the results back in less than a week. I shipped it back with $90.00 check on AUG 29 2013. They sure cashed the check!!! Today is SEP 10 2013, I still haven't revived any results!!! And I have a feeling I will never get them... desertcart will not help you... they do send the product to your door, its after that you get entrapped. Bottom Line is this - Scam, hidden fee and no results received!!! DO TO BUY!!! Very Unhappy Customer!!!

**Q: Has anyone ever received bad results? It seems all the reviewers received the same results...**
A: We had a relatively high result. I do not remember what the exact number was, but it was enough to make us be more careful. We had to have radon mitigation for the air in our home, so we wanted to check the water. Sorry that this probably isn't very helpful..

**Q: Is that true that this does not include the lab fee?  Is the purchase price all I pay?**
A: You have a $40 lab fee additional to pay. Or $60 if you want to get a quicker result

**Q: Has anyone received high readings? Ours was 44.0 pci/l.**
A: At our previous house, we had a very high reading. I need to look back at the report, and also figure out what pci means, but it was very bad. Why do you ask?

**Q: How quickly do samples need to be sent to labs? Is there a window of time during which results are most reliable?**
A: I mailed mine out the day after I took the samples.

Very easy to follow instructions and very fast results. I'm not sure why some reviews didn't know you have to pay for the actual test processing. I ordered this test because I lived in a basement apartment. There was so many issues with that apartment which cause major health issues. Someone told me to order this test. It was easy to perform the test but you have to go online register it first send money with the package and wait for results to be emailed. Overall great product.
