Cut the holes slightly smaller than the templates and then enlarge them slowly until the two components slide in.The best way to install the pickup sensor is to slowly remove material from the bridge so that the sensor fits flush with where the bottom edge of saddle sit normally in the bridge.Then unit takes a CR2032 battery, and will only use it if you turn on the tuner or plug a cable into the Ukulele. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't believe it works *by 5***W on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2018* There was no manual on what size I needed to get for each component to fit and with room to assemble the 4 screws for each one. I'm mechanically inclined to be able to draw and cut out diagrams on paper and tape it to where you want on your Ukulele and draw around the cutouts on your Ukulele. Place tape around your diagrams to prevent splinters or chipping, depending on the kind of wood your cutting into. I used a I used a drill for relief hole and a rotary drill with a cutting disk inside the lines. I then used a sanding drum to get the final fit. I got everything hooked up and batteries placed up side down in the battery compartment and hooked it up to play through my amp. This is my 2nd. successful electric Ukulele upgrade. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, good price if you're willing to wait *by M***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2020* This product is excellent and a perfect choice to electrify my $50 ukelele. Installation was uncomplicated but required the right tools, care not to damage the instrument and patience. My ukulele sounds great through my guitar amp and I will use it for gigging. There were two issues. It comes without instructions, although YouTube videos clearly describe how to install it. The second issue was shipping. It took two months to arrive from China during the coronavirus shutdown. Amazon claimed it was delivered in two weeks, but had the wrong tracking number. The company, Duoda Digital, was helpful in providing the right number. I saw that it was placed on a airliner in China, then heard nothing for six weeks. I thought about canceling, then saw it had arrived in New York City.
