It actually works! I have been diagnosed with a thyroid condition, hypothyroidism and been put on WP Thyroid and it really brought down my thyroid numbers, but with that said, its been hard to lose even one pound, until now. I started taking this on 6/28/17 and my belly has really gone down! 😊 I looked pregnant before. This is a godsend! I will stick with it. I take only one, three times a day, an hour before meals, along with, one Shape pill three times a day. The Shape helps a lot with hunger. I really DON'T want to eat, but force myself to. I do not feel hungry, nor do I get nauceous or get any jitters or headaches. I TRULY LOVE THIS Block! The belly bloat is the hardest part, but not now. Give it a try and you will see for yourself. And within a couple of days too. I got a note in my order that offered a free refill if I sent an email to them (I did not since these pills did not seem worth it).
