It is also necessary to be patient as the tablets work slowly but steadily.. I am free of night sweats and typically have hot flashes only after I’ve been exercising hard or it’s extremely hot and humid, but they are shorter and less disabling. What a godsend to have these tablets to support me in perimenopause. I have not noticed side effects.

Having come off hrt my hot flushes and night sweats came back with a vengeance so decided to try sage as recommended on their website and it does really work. Took about a week to notice any difference but I am now in my 5th week of taking them and the hot flushes have greatly reduced and the night flashes have gone. Would definitely recommend giving them a go.
