It works to maintain superb health. Notice that the more expensive methylcobalamin is used rather than the cheaper cynocobalamin. I've learned that my body needs more B vitamins after having a meal. The process of digestion, stress, lack of sleep demand a lot of energy and work from our body. Taking the B12 after a meal will maintain energy and will replace lethargy quickly. What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all. By reading the labels of food products and vitamin supplements I knew that bread and baked goods and some noodles have added B vitamins. Many of us are getting our needs for B vitamins through the added Bs of baked goods, breads and noodles. Try getting your Bs through foods other than baked goods, bread and noodles, and supplements like Supeior Source Bs and your cravings will melt away. You will look younger because you will be younger through healthy fibroblasts and fibroclasts. Superior Source truly is superior since it has no added fillers or emulsifiers. UPDATE: July 11, 2023 Amazon's records show I have bought this brand No Shot B12 29 times over the years. It works to maintain superb health. Notice that the more expensive methylcobalamin is used rather than the cheaper cynocobalamin. I've learned that my body needs more B vitamins after having a meal. The process of digestion, stress, lack of sleep demand a lot of energy and work from our body. Taking the B12 after a meal will maintain energy and will replace lethargy quickly. What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all.
