Truffle Salt has some specs of truffle, but is highly scented and definitely truffle flavored, so actually using that more than the Zest for "2-fer" simplicity. Truffle Zest is just as true flavored and is very tasty, but larger holes in shaker top result in a clumpy sprinkle, so think that I'll transfer it to jar with finer screen for more evenly distribution and better appearance. We eat with our eyes, too, right?
