First off the stainless steel finish is great they complement my modern kitchen very well. The size and feel are perfect, the glass is nice and sturdy and it doesn’t make them feel overly heavy. I really enjoy making rubs for BBQ and with the adjustable ceramic motor grinder, I can finely tune salt and peppercorns to any grade I want. From a course grind for my 3 blend pepper mix, to a medium salt grind for my secret rub recipe. The set is so versatile that I might just pick up another set to be able to grind dried chilies!
