Despite the fact that I measured my foot, studied the available sizes, went to the manufacturers website, read all the available information, re-measured my foot. Double-checked the available sizes. Did some more research on boot sizes, and measured my foot again. I then ordered a size bigger than I normally wear... Guess what? The boots are too tight. Just slightly too tight. I like the style, I like the color, I like the comfort and the well constructed build of the boots. Unfortunately, they are too narrow. Despite what appears to be boot standards in sizing, these boots run narrow when compared to the actual fit. If you can, you should try these on in a shoe store before you decide to buy a pair. I wish Tony Lama would say something about their sizes running small compared to accepted US boot sizes. They're not tight in the toe/length, but they are definitely too narrow. I can wear the boots, and I will wear them occasionally, but it's going to take a long time to break them in.
