Not cheap but quality made.I have arthritic knees. Moving house & DIY activity madethem sooo painful, even when walking my dog, which l love.Painful knees lead to painful back when over compensating.I wore them during the day for three days, (over thermal tights)and the pain stopped. I do not wear them at night.I now wear them for walking, & DIY (sorting my skirting boards etc.)They are not exactly discreet, but not too obvious under myhareem style trousers.The extra work, meant my knees were painful, at night my ankles& knees ached. Its very upsetting, especially if you are single.You have to be careful not to over tighten them, this can causeankle swelling a bit & you don't want to affect blood circulation.They are fairly comfortable even when crossing your legs, they don't slip.If you have any of the probs l have mentioned, these arebrilliant.
