This book is hands down one of the speed and agility books written.  In a world of unqualified personal trainer money grabs this author has trained countless athletes from 1st round NFL players, US Woman's National Soccer team athletes all the way to the youth level incorporating REAL SCIENCE.  I recently had the privilege of meeting Bill and was blown away by his knowledge.  If you don't have access to a Parisi Speed School this book will be well worth the cost.

Grad student for exercise physiology and S&C. This book is just so easy to disgust and you can really get a greater understanding for speed and the biomechanics behind it. All the references are in the back of the which is beneficial for cross-referencing purposes. This book helped me remember so many things that I learned in undergrad. Recommend 10/10 times
