As others have noted, the instructions aren't up to much, but with a bit of common sense you can put it together with the photo that comes with the packaging. There is a little bit of wobble when you're at full height, which I fully expected to be honest, but the outriggers do give a feeling of overall security and I think you'd do well to actually make it go over. In short, if you like a bit of diy and are considering whether or not to buy ladders or a tower - I'd recommend the tower everytime.
