I had to remove the battery to stop it. I left the battery out for an hour and put it back to see it it would respond but it did not the main brush started to spin as before. What is wrong with it? When I moved it out to the hallway, the right motorized wheel quit working, so it just spins in a circle and shuts down. I'd like to think it's something simple - a dusty sensor, for example - but now I'm beginning to wonder. The resistance on the left wheel is the same as the right wheel, so it's not locked up or tangled with debris. There's no contact information on the operator's manual, and I can't find an English language one online. I'm beginning to have my doubts about this.
