The FOURKAY 1x8 HDMI Splitter extends 1080p HD video signals up to 70 meters over Cat5e/6/7 cables to eight PoC-powered receivers, plus one local display via HDMI loop out. It features infrared pass-through for remote control at each display and comes with wall-mounting hardware and cables included, making it an all-in-one solution for professional multi-display setups.

## Description

Product Description Distribute 1 HDMI source with a resolution of up to 1080p to any 8 remote display devices over Cat5e/6/7 Ethernet cable and to 1 local display via HDMI cable connected to the HDMI loop out port. The system has a transmission range of up to 70m for HD resolutions up to 1080p when using CAT6 or above. The remote receivers are powered over cable (PoC) from the transmitter which means that no additional power source is required at the display end. The PoC feature is one way - the transmitter can not be powered from the receiver end. This system supports one way IR control signal pass-through which allows the user to control the TV source from in front of any of the remote displays. The required IR receiver and emitter cables are all included. The system is HDCP1.4 and HDMI 1.4 compliant and will transmit Sky, Virgin, Freeview, Freesat and other HD sources. I'm a professional TV and digital services engineer, and can say that this is one of the best HD splitters that I have used, and I have used many,, The easy of connection is first class with the transmitter powering the receivers, so no need for a separate power supply at each TV, I used it in a night club, with the average cable lengths being 25 meters, but I'm sure it would do the listed distance as documented, the dip switches allows for switching 1080i 1080p etc, depending on the output source. Definitely recommend this product, especially at the price, as pro grade equivalents are 3 times the price, and work exactly the same way.
