**Q: do these work with the alphatrak 2 device?**
A: Yes they do. They are the only ones I have been using in mine for months.

A: If your system uses 28 gauge lancets, these should work

**Q: Anyone uses Freestyle pen and this lancet works with it? I saw one review said it doesn't work, but I want to hear more from other people too.**

These are Universal FIT size lancets, can be used with Any Pen that is Universal FIT 
( do not work with Any onetouch Brand lancet pen) 
We are not aware of any issues with FREE STYLE Pen you can confirm that information with Manufacturer of Pen or Lancet maker

**Q: does it work on CVS device?**
A: I think it will
Those are universal for most lancing devices.
