Product Description Whistling Schoolboy - Medium Dark Roast is our version of the traditional South Indian filter kaapi with Arabica, Robusta and 20% Chicory Origin Arabica from BR Hills, Karnataka - Robusta from Wayanad, Kerala and Chicory from Jamnagar, Gujarat The Malabar Whistling Thrush is locally known as Whistling Schoolboy as the whistling calls they make sound very human-like. We roast some of the most diverse and interesting coffees from across India grown by the most amazing community of coffee growers in the BR Hills Tiger Reserve and the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, Wayanad as well as in Kodagu. Ficus Jumping Ant Wanderoo Otter Frogmouth Loris From Bean To Cup Sourced from shade-grown farms that use zero chemical pesticides or fertilisers. Grown and fairly traded in partnership with smallholder coffee growers. Quality checked to keep only the best beans. Small batch roasted many days a week to ensure every bean is freshly roasted. Who appreciates white tea will appreciate this coffee - the sensual pleasure is in aroma, slightly noticeable flavor notes. The best for a cold brew. I don't like bitterness so this one is my perfect choice. And light roast is more healthy to drink, more goodies substances are there.

### ⭐ Terrible Flavor, Stale Coffee

I recently purchased this light roasted coffee from Black Baza, and I must caution others to stay away from it. The coffee's flavor was appalling, giving the impression of under-roasting. To make matters worse, it was pre-ground a staggering two months ago, resulting in a stale and disgusting taste. Sadly, the lack of flavor made the entire bag undrinkable, and to my dismay, returns were not possible.
