The original cord stopped working after almost three years of constant use, which I was bummed about. I use the salt lamp as a soft nightlight on my nightstand. Anyway, the bulb portion of this particular cord was too large to insert into the cavity of my salt lamp by a millimeter or so, just a smidge to wide in diameter. It was disappointing and I don't want to leave bad review for a product that I wasn't even able to try. I did want to caution those prospective purchasers looking for a replacement cord. When I looked up questions under my original product, people said that I could easily buy a replacement cord here and all of them appear to be this same style. I cannot find a replacement cord particular to the Crystal Decor lamp unfortunately, but this will likely work on most other brands.
