Next I tried with parsley water and that made it much easier to get down. You can make in food but only a little bit in my opinion. That said, I am a fan of this brand and use many of their products. The bags are resealable. If you have a hard time opening just work through it because sometimes the powder builds up in the top of the bag, but once it’s opened you can Pat it down and then use the resealable portion easier. Overall I don’t know all the health benefits as of yet but there are many older studies online. It's nice that this comes in powder form because it is easier to use. I like to add it to a bowl of soup or gravy that I put over bread because the food disguises the Paneer flavor which is very bitter. It would be very difficult for me to drink a glass of water with this in it. Another use of this that comes in handy is applying topically to wounds can kill the germs and even speed up healing.
