If so, by how much?** A: I think this question should be submitted to the manufacturer of the product for their insight. Me, I would freeze it, and put it in an airtight bag that would last a year or so. We buy 25 pounds of flour and freeze them in 5-pound 2 1/2 gallon bags...... I have been using Wondra for many years. It is just great, very easy to use flour. However, I always pour it over into one of my own canisters, so it wouldn't bother me if the canister was broken. I always just dump it in my canister, but I would suppose it does have a shaker top, since it is a small amount, and most people would probably just use it from the container.
