The rubber around the wire itself is super thick and keeps it protected, although for being that thick it’s surprisingly bendy if warm from the sun. Was a bit hard to fit in my 2025 Jetta GLI and getting it through the firewall was a pain in my butt, but if you take your time this kit will still be hidden like it’s not there. The fuse was definitely too bit for the system I’m running, 300A fuse included might need to be replaced but that’s no big deal.
