Level 1 or 2 or 3, 20 sec this, 30 sec that... But today, after doing all that, I applied it on my lips and using level 1, didn't get too much of a plump but still my lips got rounded somehow, nice shine, it smells very nice (and I am sensitive to scents!), plus it's not sticky on my lips (many other lip glosses I previously used were like a sticky glue, horrible).
