Finally the poor carrying handle started to give, and I knew I had to get another Heys. It has to be a Heys because I must have a bag that I can use every day. I have to walk up and down hills during my commute, including a steep, woodsy shortcut on my way to and from the bus stop.I have tried many other bags. But their wheels don't last longer than 2 months, if that. Other bags' handles won't go up, or won't go down, or both! (I bought a bag for $300 once, thinking that that was the only way to get something sturdy, and both the wheels and the handle were worthless!)But I loved that polka dot bag--as I told everyone who complimented me--and I would have bought it again. The only thing that I would have tweaked about it was the extension handle, which was unpleasantly squishy. Well, Heys heard my unvoiced complaint, and my new spidey-bag has a perfect, non-squishy extension handle! It is also expandable, making it even more useful.Don't keep hunting for your new bag.
