Look, these are the best cases when it comes to transporting gear. Simple enough. With some fly dates on the horizon, I was tired of the ratty fabric case I was flying $800 of guitar pedals around the world in. LIGHTWEIGHT UNIT. I WAS WORRIED THAT THE CASE MIGHT NOT BE HEAVY DUTY ENOUGH. IT IS JUST FINE. I CARRY A SPOTTING SCOPE IN IT AND FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ITS SECURITY IN THIS CASE. LATCHES WORK GREAT, I BOUGHT THE BLAZE ORANGE AND THE COLOR LOOKS GREAT. MY SPOTTING SCOPE CAME IN A WONDERFUL FOAM PACKAGE, SO I JUST PLUCKED THE FOAM FROM THE PELICAN CASE SO THE SPOTTING SCOPE FOAM FIT IT. WORKED GREAT. WONDERFUL CASE I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.
