This seems odd given that this product is, essentially, a serum. Thoughts?** A: No this is an essence. In Korean skincare an essence is used as step 3 in skincare (4th if you oil cleanse before washing your face) after a toner. It is less concentrated I believe and delivers products differently to the skin. The serum reinforces what the essence laid as a foundation. If I can say without a doubt essence and serum works together to add moisture to your face and treat or prevent any skin problems. **Q: What is the percentage of hydraulic acid in this serum?** A: I have NO idea. This question should be directed to the manufacturer. **Q: Is it hypoallergic?** A: It’s very mild. I have very sensitive skin. It’s a fabulous product. I use it everyday first before any other creams. Really helps rejuvenate my face. **Q: Question is really for the manufacturer, lumene valo. nothing in box shows the actual percentage of vitamin c or hyaluronic acid. what are they?** A: You cant look at all vit c serums through such simplistic lenses. There are 2 extracts in this essence that have high concentrations of vitami c, as well as a 3rd ingredient that converts to pure ascorbic acid in your skin. There's no way to give a flat percentage. And different forms of vitamin c have very different optimal % ranges. So even if you had a set number, it would be kinda meaningless. I've been using this product for a couple years..
