Wish they would come back in stock, would order more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It worked great on the zucchini *by F***Y on September 28, 2017* It worked great on the zucchini, and because the cucumber was pretty large, we sort of scooped a bit. The end results were great. We used the corer to make apple "rods for a salad. Easy! The fun part was the left over apple when cored was also used as a faux lotus root. You can also use on potatoes, (again for French Fried rods, and faux lotus root fries) We tried it on "pumpkin" (squash) too.).
