I have read numerous reviews on various corers and having previously dealt with Cave Tools, I opted to try their jalapeno corer. I'm VERY glad I did! It fits very nicely in your hand and once I cut off the top, I use this tool and twist while moving into the center of the pepper. I have to say that I'm very pleased with the outcome. it not only removed the seeds but did a very nice job removing the spine(s). All by twisting. Some have reported that it seems to be for the larger jalapeno peppers. I'm not sure that there is a uniform size of jalapenos. If anything, we just have to look for those that are a size that is suitable for poppers and stuffers. In my case, we purchased four or five and the Cave Tool Jalapeno corer worked just fine in all of them.
