I was shocked at how much this improves the dough kneading experience. No dough up creep! I just finished a 1.4kg / 3lbs+ batch of pizza dough and the new dough hook was amazing compared to the original. See my video for some live kneading mixing on level 2 for the pro 6 / pro 600. The stainless steal quality seems to be very good and the smooth finish made the hook just pull clean from my dough when I was done.
