A: I love that drink. I do not know why it says 30.

**Q: Do any Ensure drinks have '0' dairy content and low sugar?**
A: They contain milk protein concentrate and sugar. The "standard" version is often marketed as a meal replacement drink for diabetics, so I would *assume* fairly low sugar. Best bet is to check the label at the grocery for the style (e.g. regular, added fiber, etc) you're interested in.
