A: There should be a customer service email in the instructions. I've co tacted others and got replacement parts.

**Q: Can the two outer portions be used individually without the center?**
A: Yes, the the middle portion can be left out and you can assemble the two shelves in the middle to the two outer portions, depending on your needs.

**Q: Can i make make the product narrower? ii have 83.5in of closet. the product is 85.4in wide**
A: The only way to make it narrower would be to use only two of the three sections. You’re probably better off buying a smaller one.

**Q: Can I buy more drawers?**
A: Sorry that drawers are not sold separately.

This is the solution. Last week the shelves in our walk in closet collapsed and we had a mess! I did not want to return to shelves. I did some research and decided on these because of the high rated sturdiness and weight load. I ordered two and they fit perfectly, there was still some storage room left over with these units. The assembly is straightforward and easy but it does take quite a bit of time to assemble, well worth the time. Very happy with this purchase. Love the versatility of these shelves, you can arrange them in several different ways making them fit into any space.
