However on answer to one of my inquiries says 16g of carbs, including 14g of insoluble fiber which then totals 2 net g. The higher the fiber, the more you can, sort of, disregard the carbs or it off sets the carbs. **Q: What is in this product?** A: The ingredients in this product are so bad for you. Palm oil? terrible for you. Gluten? NO thanks. soy, this is from the 1995 version of healthy. **Q: Does this product come with recipes or instructions for making the pizza crusts, dumplings, etc.?** A: I tried the dumpling recipe that is printed on the inside of the box and it did not turn out well. I don’t understand why the recipes are printed on the inside of the box. You have to cut the box part to read the recipes. You would then be unable to put the bag back in the box. This didn’t matter to me because I threw away the mix that was left. I didn’t realize it was made with wheat until I got it. This is not a good product to use on the Keto diet. **Q: There appears to be a fatty crystalized type substance in the mix when dry. Has anyone else noticed this in their boxes?** A: Yes. I believe that is the fat. Any baking mix has it. If you make biscuits from scratch, you add fat.
