**Q: Do these brushes shed their bristles?**
A: Very little but the bristle don't stay in shape thus gaps in the brush strokes. Had to but a more expensive and thicker brush. For a wile I used two brushes at once to get better coverage without the gaps

**Q: Do these brushes work with oil painting?**
A: I would not recommend them for oil painting.

**Q: where are these made?**
A: Made in China.

**Q: Can this set be used on stretched canvases to apply Gesso without bristles falling out?**
A: The bristles on these are very strong. You don’t have to worry about them coming out.
