Do you think the "one size" is maybe a large or an extra large?** A: The material is soft and pleasant feeling. My husband wears a large and this has a more than adequate wrap over for him. The measurement from side to side at waist is 98" .Each front piece is 16" and back is 26". **Q: Are there loops for the belt/sash?** A: Yes, 2 loops for the belt **Q: Does it shrink at all after washing and drying?** A: No it did not shrink after several washings. My husband loved the robe & I love the easy care of washing and drying. **Q: what is the length of the robe? What si the length of the sleeves?** A: Good morning. I apologize for the delay with my response. The length of the robe is 48" (not including the 2" collar). The length of the sleeves along the inseam is 16". The width of the sleeves 12". The sleeves are pretty wide so they tend to catch on things. My husband is 5'9" and on the husky side and this robe fits very well. It hangs at the knees and fits across his back nicely. It is a lightweight housecoat. It’s not a cheaply made robe. My plush heavy robe is too warm to wear in the summer. This robe fits the bill with its waffle fabric making it very comfy. A true lounging robe. The robe is hassle free & just wears well. I really like it. The 3/4 sleeves are long enough to feel some arm coverage without getting in the way or having to roll them up. The built in belt in attached in the back making it simple to stash the loose ends into the satisfactory large enough square pockets if you don’t need to tie the robe closed around you. For me at 6’1” the length is good. This is a lounging robe I will not get tired of. If your looking for a plush bath robe with a hood, this isn’t that robe. This is a wonderful casual housecoat that fits that role earning zero complaints from me. Me thinks I should get another one so I don’t have to go without when it’s in the wash.
