It did not even last 2 months. I bought the lavender/ purple one and it is no more purple. Not familiar with thiese versus traditional bathing suits, I bought it in a hurry without comparing prices - one of the luxuries of gramma-hood. They want it, I buy it. That's my guilty pleasure. When a young mom relative saw it as soon as it arrived she informed me the price I paid for one of these was outrageous. Did what she suggested & bought a cheaper version at Target intending to send this one back until a consumer experiment was born. My granddaughter already took the tags off this one & wore it & loved how it felt. The next day, by mistake, I packed the cheaper one for camp. Senior moment. She came home from camp with a rash and confused. Why did the new swim suit feel great on the first wearing and terribly uncomfortable the second day. Once we realized what happened, I came to the conclusion, as I often have, cheaper is not better. Terrific swim set. Highly recommend. Cannot comment on the SPF claim since little Lulu has beautiful olive skin that doesn't burn, but for comfort, washability and looks, this one takes the cake. Nothing's too good for our princess. Planning to get another color, perhaps the one-piece zip up so she can win her cabins daily quick change contest at camp. LOL ... Love this swim set! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Shorts ride up and contour to the bottom in the back. *by H***A on September 6, 2016* This pink color on the shorts is kind of see through. It also rides up in the back so it doesn't look too great...almost like wearing nothing.Also the material or maybe the light color seems to attract dirt that does not wash out. There were dark specks left in the fabric even after washing. The swim suit itself looks cute and I like the color.
