I sent a note to the manufacturer and received a standard reply that they got it and would get back to me, but never did. It came looking like it had been used. Rust around the screws paint missing all over it. I'm side where the blades were the welding was really bad. Plugged it in to see how good it shaved ICE before I sent it back fire an change. Turned it on put ICE in and it sounded like horrible I expected loud but this was unreal. Started shaving ICE and it sounded like it was coming apart and metal started coming out in the ice the it just locked up. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping to return it.
