BUT what I CAN attest to is the easy clean-up! I usually use cooking spray, but the few times I forgot didn't make much of a difference-- the muffins popped out of their molds leaving a slight muffin residue that washed off easily. The muffins always pop out with zero resistance, and washing time is negligible. I love that the outside rim of the pan allows for easy placement and removal to and from the oven. The muffin molds are on the smaller side, but I haven't really found that to be a drawback. I purchased two pans originally, but after using them for a few months I bought two more. I did want to buy the same ones partially because I felt like storing them all together would be simpler than having different sized pans. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... used the muffin pan for the first time and loved it.
