This is really cute when it is finished. A lot of work, since it is in pieces, like a model. This is not for die-hard perfectionists, but for a dollhouse that is loved by kids!

### ⭐ Cheap, time consuming, not as pictured.

Read the fine print, this is a kit with many tiny pieces that must be assembled. It does not include cement glue. The sizing is smaller than advertised, it is not 1:12. It took me at least 2.5 hrs to assemble and then it looked super tiny and cheap. Everything is plastic. Be very careful removing the plastic pieces from the plastic frames, what looked like junk turned out to be an actual piece that in turn was accidentally broken and then needed to be glued together (nightmare) you might consider painting the pieces to a more natural color. Good set for people who like to assemble small plastic fragile items. I will not purchase again. PS. The directions are awful, the images to follow are fuzzy and the instructions are unclear. Good luck.
