Jica-what?! The first and only chips made from jicama. This root vegetable, native to Mexico, has a slightly sweet taste like a cross between an apple and potato. Jicama is incredibly high in fiber, has 1/2 the calories of a potato and is a natural source of inulin (a prebiotic). We take real jicama slices, bake them and season them with olive oil and gourmet spices. That's it! An amazingly tasty and healthy alternative to potato chips.

Loved every flavor. Always looking for a portable, healthy snack. They are not potato chips. The have a slight sweetness to them naturally. They are harder than potato chips. Very satisfying.

I like the taste of jicama and I'll try just about anything, but these were just awful. They were hard and tasteless even though they were dusted with something. I was raised to not throw good food away so I didn't do anything wrong by throwing this away. I know the people in the break room wouldn't even care for this.

I thought the only tasty bag was cinnamon currin. I would not purchase the other flavors at all, but this flavor is tasty.
