I’m doing basic cardio 30 minutes a day and 20 sit ups. That is it. Saturday will be a cheat day that I can get a drink and maybe order a pizza but only on Saturday and nothing after 8pm.I’ve been trying to find wildcrafted Sea Moss to take with burdock root and bladderwrack to assist with my weight loss diet. This would be a 14 day non solid food regimen consisting of a smoothie in the day, soup in the evening.According to Dr Sebi the Sea Moss, bladderwrack & burdock root would provide the 102 minerals a healthy alkaline body needs to thrive day to day. While searching for the 102 minerals I stumbled on the Earth Body Cell Food and was surprised to see all 3 components combined and no reviews. I decided that I would try it out.Now my first time taking any of these minerals I decided to taking a heaping tablespoon to the mouth then chug some water behind it. Smh Bad idea. This has to be the fishiest bottom of the ocean tasting thing you will ever taste in life! Going fwd i just followed the directions and added half a tablespoon to my morning smoothie. I also added a tablespoon of black maca powder and all went well.Day 4 I’ve noticed a few things. My belly fat has been shrinking rapidly. My polos are already fitting different. I’m also less hungry. I also have been falling asleep very easily at night. It used to take me forever to fall asleep, now I can just shut my eyes and I’m out. My energy level hasn’t really changed but overall I’m feeling great.I only wish the packaging showed where the actual sea moss, bladderwrack and burdock root was extracted from, their process and some info on the company. I added cocoa powder which neutralized the taste.I am doing a candida cleanse w/anti microbials and am drinking clay to bind to the toxins.this makes me feel a bit fatigued and I know the clay is likely taking the good stuff along w/the bad.so, seamoss is the most nutrient dense of all foods. or at least very high up.I drank 1 tsp in a few oz. of hot water along w/mushroom powder and about 2 tsp. of cocoa powder. the cocoa powder neutralized the taste pretty well. didn't taste good, but not bad. so that may be my go to.UPDATE:I no longer take it with cocoa powder. I stopped taking this and then started doing Hot Yoga and I sweat alot. so am back on this because its important to replace the minerals I lose.
