Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product *by R***T on February 13, 2017* My wife has used this several times now, and it seems to work great at both keeping the bacon strip flatter (cook more evenly) and it reduces the spatter, too. It is heavy, though not designed for doing curls in the kitchen, but it is light enough so that my wife also can chase me around the house with it - much lighter than the old frying pan. Seriously, it is right-sized and works well with our iron frying pans. Looking foward to trying it on the grill this season, too.
