Review: Working great so far. Great price. - Giving it 5 stars even though it had a few scratches on two of the corners on the back cover that were noticeable from well over 12 inches away. The way I look at It. It's not noticeable with a case. And it is a great price for the phone. The rest of it was like new. The screen is perfect. Battery life is excellent. I found you need to turn it on without the sim card installed to get the info you need (imei #) to register and activate it online. When I tried it with the sim installed, it wouldn't get past trying to activate the phone with Verizon screen. Stating the phone could not be activated. Please call or bring it in to Verizon. It was a little frustrating lol. But once I figured it out and got the information I needed off the phone ( imei # ). It was easy and quick to get it going. I am very pleased with how the phone works. Best deal on a 5G phone. Probably the best phone deal I've gotten in a long time. Would buy again.

**Q: With this phone, do i need to upgrade to 5g or can i just stay with my 4g plan with verizon?**
A: You can stay with your 4G plan. Verizon has 4G and 5G SIM cards. Both will work in the phone.

**Q: How do I activate the phone with my current Verizon plan?**
A: It's very easy,as long as you have current service, before you turn your new phone on,, just open the SIM card/SD card tray with your little pin tool and insert your current sim card from your old phone phone into it,, then insert it back into new phone. Now just turn your new phone on and it should walk you right through everything and it will automatically recognize your sim with your current phone number.

**Q: Is it a dual sim**
A: No

**Q: In description it say can ne used with verizons pre paid company can it be used with Visable?**
A: I believe so,I'm on Verizon prepaid and it worked fine.
